Cruden Bay near Peterhead Aberdeenshire Scotland, Slains Castle was built in 1597 for Francis Hay 9 Earl of Erroll. In 1836 more building were added to the castle, which stands overlooking the North sea. Bram Stoke also came to Slains Castle where he got his inspiration for the Evil Vampire Count Dracula. The day I took this photograph the sea mist was coming in off the sea.
