Levant mine

High on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic, Levant was one of Cornwall’s champion mine tunnelling deep under the sea. Now run by the National Trust, the mine was also a film location in Poldark.DSC_0075-Small02JPeg

  1. Nice shot of the mine. That series of Poldark has just finished in NZ. I always wondered what it really looked like in daylight – modern TV production seems to turn everything into a night scene! Good to see it in sunlight. Des.
