Pendennis Castle

This is one of the finest of the mighty fortresses built by Henry V111 to defend the Country against invasion. The castle has seen action in many conflicts and was one of the last Royalist strongholds to fall during the English Civil war. The castle is now run by English Heritage.

St Brendan’s Chapel

The chapel was built around the 13th Century and was dedicated to St Brendan. The chapel can be found in Skipness on the Kintyre Peninsula Argyll Scotland.
